Thank you for shopping at Lochlabs Limited Store. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. . The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Service refers to the Website or our App.

  • Website refers to Lochlabs Limited Store, accessible from https://store.lochlabs.com

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel before making any payments after you have placed it with us.

We completely do not allow you to cancel an order after you have already made payments for the same

You can simply cancel and order before placing it. All orders not paid and have taken more than 7 days will automatically be cancelled. In the event that you have made payments for your order and we have processed your order and it has been brought to you by the delivery person, kindly contact us to notify us righaway. We do not refund fiat money in the event of a return. This is because the order you have paid for has a reciept for whcih we have paid its KRA VAT. Therefore we are not able to issue a credit note to any order placed and paid online. We therefore advise the clients to buy an alternative product in the event that the products that was delivered was faulty or not working well. We also can credit your account with the money that you paid MINUS VAT (14%) so that the credited amount can be used later on if the client want to buy another item from us.

Kindly note in the event that you will be returning a product that you have purchased from us you are supposed to take care of the return shipping cost. If the product is of a value more than Ksh 10,000 we advise the client to insure or ship with a reputable courier service to avoid cost implications of loss or damage of the same.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts or Offers

If the Goods were marked as a gift or appeared as "on offer" on our website when purchased and then shipped directly to you,cannot be returned especially due to expirely date been so near. For all products that are consumables eg all test strips have expiry date we advice the clients to use them before the expiry dates failure to whichh a refund or return cannot be requested nor accepted.
